Events

In line with WiAS’s vision and mission, the committee has created a calendar of events to support, inspire and develop the its membership.

Recent events included a tour of Edinvale Farm and MacBeth’s Butchers; Networking event at the new Members’ Pavillion at the Royal Highland Showground with guest speakers Dr Jude Capper and QMS Health and Education Manager Alix Rithcie; and a presentation by Lindy Nelson, Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to agriculture and women, 2013 Next Business Woman of the Year and named by Primary Magazine as one of the top ten women in agriculture.
